Timings

For studio collections please allow 4-6 weeks however this may be completed quicker. For a bespoke design please allow 12 weeks from the initial order to you receiving your final stationery.

If you are working to a tighter deadline, please do not hesitate to contact us before ordering to see if we can accommodate your timescales.

Please be aware any delay in providing feedback or approval of proofs/artwork may result in a delay to your order.

 

Payment

Upon approval of your quote sent by Rosie Lea Design and receipt of your order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required so design work can begin. An invoice will be sent by Rosie Lea Design.

When the final proofs have been approved the remaining balance will be due once this has been received your stationery can be sent to print.

All costs can be paid to us by bank transfer or cheque, bank details will be provided on the invoice. Payment must clear before any work can commence. Rosie Lea Design will not be held responsible for any delay as a result of late payment.

 

Proofs

PDF proofs will be sent via email for your approval, we will try to ensure all information is accurate, however it is your responsibility to ensure all information is proof read and any errors are identified this includes layout, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved with errors and subsequently printed, Rosie Lea Design will take no responsibility and if replacements are required they will be charged for in full. It is therefore essential you double check all designs before approving.

Please note that the colour on your screen may differ from the printed colour, each screen is collaborated differently and this is particularly noticeable on mobile phones and tablets. It is therefore advisable to print all PDF proofs and final artwork before giving your approval. This will help ensure that the scale is correct and that fonts can be read at the correct size and that you are happy with the colour. Please bear in mind that printers also vary and your final stationery will be printed on professional printers therefore colours may differ slightly.

 

Minimum Orders

There is a minimum order of 30 each of both invitations and save the dates, this is due to the time involved in creating the artwork and printer minimum quantities.

It is advisable to order both day and evening invitations at the same time to avoid any additional fees. We recommend you order one per household with a few spares for any last-minute guests and to keep for yourself as a memento.

 

Delivery

The utmost care will be taken when packaging your stationery for delivery. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail signed for delivery or tracked courier. It is important you provide an address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery. We will confirm with details with you before stationery is dispatched.

Rosie Lea Design cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order once it has been dispatched.

 

Cancellation

If an error has been made on our part, we will replace the items free of charge. However, in the event of an order being cancelled by yourselves we cannot refund any money once work has commenced.

 

Copyright

All stationery artwork and designs remain the copyright of Rosie Lea Design. It is the clients responsibility to get permission to reproduce any copyrighted material, such as words of hymns and poems, which are to be used in the stationery.

Rosie Lea Design reserves the right to use any artwork created for yourselves to promote our products and services. We will never share your contact details with a third party.

 

Bespoke Terms and Conditions

Normal Terms and Conditions apply, along with the following –

Dependent upon the complexity of the design and work involved, a one off non-refundable fee starting from £180 is required before any bespoke work can begin. Prices will be confirmed with the client before continuing. The client needs to provide images via email or a Pinterest board of their inspiration so we can have a clear idea of the look, style and colour palette you are hoping for.

The client agrees to give clear and concise feedback after each proof is received. We will continue to work with the client until a final design is achieved. 2 amendments are included in the price however if more are needed then there will be an extra charge which will be discussed at the time. Once the final design has been agreed, normal printing and other prices apply.

Rosie Lea Design reserve the right to offer the design to other clients after your event has taken place.
